DBM Technologie is a

radiation and fire protection for race cars.
DBM Technologie has developed a particular expertise in the design and manufacture of integrated rigid thermal insulation for the turbochargers of spark ignition or compression ignition (Diesel) engines as well as the insulation of exhaust pipe or collectors for racing cars.
DBM Technologie is
currently supplying Renault F1 and Renault Sport, Peugeot Sport, Citroën Sport,
Bozian Racing, Pescarolo Sport, etc. with various integrated insulation on
piping and collector.- High temperature rigid insulation (200°C to 1200°C) using Inox AISI 321, Inconel 625 or Titanium encapsulation: DBM’s core skill consists in encapsulating insulators inside refractory AISI 321 stainless steel sheets (0. 05mm to 0.15 mm) or titanium in order to protect against any thermal radiation.
- High temperature flexible insulation (100°C to 1400°C) using encapsulation of insulators in fabrics such as Glass or Silica fiber, Viton ® coated Nomex ®: DBM manufactures a variety of flexible blankets for pipes by encapsulating insulators in fabrics such as Glass or Silica fiber or Viton ® coated Nomex (insulators used: Fiberglass or Silica fiber needle, Silica aerogel, Polyimide foam). DBM also produces firewalls.
